Unexpected guidance from a night shift nurse

Unexpected guidance from a night shift nurse

Years ago when I was a young mom, with a special needs baby, just trying to work enough to pay my bills and take care of my kids, I was sent an unexpected angel in the form of a cranky night shift nurse. I am forever grateful to her and the lasting impact she has had on my life.

The Supervisor that changed everything

The Supervisor that changed everything

Having a special needs son meant that we had to engage with many professionals, both in the medical field and education system. Luckily we met a special needs supervisor along the way that set our son up for success in learning. I will be forever grateful to her!
