I have decided to go with monthly themes and this month I am going to share what I consider to be the foundation of health: NUTRITION. It isn’t always fun or sexy to talk about what we put in our mouths, but it is vital that we understand how to truly nourish our bodies. Today I am sharing my own journey to figuring out how I needed to eat for optimal health and it was definitely not as hard as I thought it would be. I hope this helps you!
