We all want to eat a healthy diet. Most of us understand nutrition’s importance, especially if we hope to lose weight. What I hear over and over and over again is just how hard it is for women to actually accomplish that. It is so much from meal planning, grocery shopping, meal prepping, and cooking! We get lost along the way and opt for convenience more often than we would like.
